Our Mission
The Art Walk of Pahrump is a community building project to aid in providing wholesome, productive, and positive activities for everyone. This includes bridging the gap between the younger and older generations, providing a safe space for mentorship programs to teach critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and basic life skills to the youth through the arts. We believe that this program can be used as a preventative measure to help develop skills so that they do not turn to drugs, alcohol, or other negative outlets. This will hopefully give the community something to look forward to and build toward every 3 months as we hold the festival portion quarterly. Through our efforts we are looking to inspire people who have lost hope and give them a sense of purpose. Life can feel meaningless sometimes and people can feel like they have nothing to live for, therefore they become isolated and have thoughts of suicide. Fostering the community through creativity is the step we have chosen to transform the lives of everyone who wants to become involved with The Art Walk of Pahrump.
